Any financial transaction information you enter manually in Banaget to use its core functionality is collected and stored by Banaget on your Device. If you opted in to data synchronization functionality (opted out by default), we will also collect and store that data on our servers. We will not share or sell this information to third parties.

Other financial information such as payment method details (including credit card numbers, banking information) may be collected and stored by our payment processors, and we may receive certain information from these payment processors to facilitate payments. Our payment processor stores all payment data, and you should review their privacy policies to understand their privacy practices:

3.3 Usage Data

We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). 5. Information for European Union Customers

By using Banaget and providing your personal, financial and usage data, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.

Your personal and financial data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Finland and Ukraine, where our servers are located. The data protection and other laws of Finland and Ukraine might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Please be assured that we seek to take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy is protected. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.

7. Availability of Information

Information collected and stored on your Device is available as long as you are using the application. This information can be deleted by uninstalling the Banaget application from the Device.

While we work hard to protect your data, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.
